Legal basis for processing:
Processing of information to contact and identify you for the above mentioned purposes is necessary for the performance of our contract with you, cf. GDPR article 6.1 (b)
Processing of usage data for the above mentioned purposes is necessary for the legitimate interests of Fonn Group, cf. GDPR article 6.1 (f). The legitimate interest is to provide a good service, and this processing is necessary to perform the contract with our customer, to get new customers and to expand commercial activities. In our view, this does not represent a risk for your rights and freedoms. We have made individual assessments of the processing in relation to the different purposes.
Processing of information in order to provide news letters, special offers and information about other goods and services is based on your consent, cf. GDPR article 6.1 (a)
Retention of Data
Fonn Group will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

Salesforce: Salesforce is Fonn Groups web analytics system, CRM, sales follow-up and publishing of parts of our web content. If you have left your e-mail address on our website (registration course, download of ebook or sent us a request), you will receive a profile in the tool that follows your online visit. Information stored is name, email address, IP address, company and, optionally, what an inquiry is about. For sign up newsletters, you will also be logged in when you give your consent.
